I am running win 8 64 on my laptop and it picked donglle the device with no problem. It’s good to see sellers are valuing customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier. Once the NDS is up and running, there seem to be far fewer dropouts in built-up areas or on cloudy days etc It doesn’t need a battery and drains very little power.
Compared to other devices I own, I find that the time to lock a position is about average for a GPS device these days. This item doesn’t belong on this page. If you’re a Linux or Windows user, the NDs is definitely a worthwhile investment for anyone looking for a trouble free, easy to use GPS solution.
Since most of my use would be outdoors sailing or driving I decided to give it a try. X 13arima seats binary for mac. I picked this particular unit because of its technical specifications; it draws power from USB and is smaller than the other receivers I own.

A great reliable and portable GPS receiver! If you’ve never used a USB type GPS before you might be a little intimidated by the setup required to get the unit working with whatever program your using but the manual is pretty clear and the main thing you need to do is go into the Windows Dev ice Manager and set the port settings to whatever your program requires.
This GPS receiver is a compact device, which gets easily plugged into your laptop. The package arrived safely in Australia with a thank you note and some instructions for those who m ight’ve been unfortunate enough to receive damaged nd-100x.

For some reason probably Windows it seems to default to baud instead of the that most programs seem to like. When trying the NDS on my Ubuntu The quality of manufacture is superb.

Show More Show Less. Worth the money Good product. Installation was straight forward. This device is one of four other devices I own. I was able to run the device with several free map apps but I could not get Microsoft streets to recognize the device.
